AB 321 was passed during the 81st Legislation Session. All active registered voters in the State of Nevada will be sent a Mail Ballot. Voters will still have the opportunity to vote in-person at a 卡森城 de标志ated polling location.
Individuals registering 13 days before the election will not be sent a Mail Ballot and will have to vote in-person (except for an emergency).
A voter may opt out of receiving a Mail Ballot no later than 60 days before the election by completing and submitting a Mail Ballot Preference Form. The voter must opt back in if they wish to receive a Mail Ballot if they have previously opted out.
